As you probably know, calling 0870 and even 0845 numbers can cost you an arm and a leg, especially if you are calling from a mobile. Don't be ripped off and stop paying those premium rates!

What can you do? The first thing I do when I see an 0870 number is check the Say No to 0870 website. Most of the time you'll be able to find an alternative standard phone number (those beginning with 01 and 02).
